what you need -
rice
mushroom
fresh small chillies maybe 2
chicken soup – must be cam bells condensed – i get it from ralphs
cooking onion
chicken
fennel seeds! important ingredient
curry powder
chilli powder
milk
cooking oil
nan bread..or what ever bread you like
1. heat up oil in the pan
2. dice up the chicken. add the chicken to the pan. cook on low..
3 . crush up the fennel seeds.. about a tea spoon full.
4. add them to chicken. next chop up chillies add them to pan also.
when chicken is cooked, no pink. add the diced onion and mushrooms… i add them after chicken is cooked, so they don’t go all mushy. lol. be cooking the rice at this point. so its ready in time. next add 2 table spoons of curry powder. add a tiny bit of chilli powder. or don’t , if you don’t like it to spicy. next add the soup. then fill the can with milk, stir it, then pour it in the pan.
mix the curry.. let it sit on very low heat to get warm . then taste it.. see if its hot enough, if not add more curry or chilli powder.. let it simmer for a short while.. then serve with rice.
